John F. Collins practices software, Internet, e-commerce, and technology law in Ontario, California, and England & Wales.

From 1980 to 1991, John practiced law with Litton Industries Inc., a Fortune 100 company. While with Litton, John was acted as a Board member, Vice President, and Division Counsel to Litton Systems Canada - a $500 million per year company operating in the areas of commercial and defense avionics, electronic navigation and missile guidance, command and control systems, and combat systems integration. While with Litton, John structured, negotiated, and drafted some of the largest defense contracts ever awarded by the Canadian Government, including defense contracts related to the CF-18 Hornet Program, Tribal Class Update And Modernization Program, and Low Level Air Defense Program.

Following his years with Litton, John practiced law in California with Science Applications International Limited - a multi-billion dollar diversified high-technology research and engineering company provided expertise in technology development, data analysis, computer system development, software, and technical support.

John now runs an international law practice and provides consultancy on legal, technology and business matters.
